The Babel community
The Babel Community is developing a new housing concept: coliving in an urban oasis. The Babel Community’s coliving apartments are a place of refuge where tenants live together, collaborate and share their experiences and lifestyles. Based in Marseille, The Babel Community opened its first coliving & coworking building in the heart of the southern city in 2017.
Our investment
Après-demain has supported the company's development by participating in the refinancing of the real estate assets of the Marseille Vieux Port residence in 2022 and the Montpellier Antigone residence in the past.
