Axis
Axis is a real estate group that owns and operates coliving and coworking residences. The group has developed a range of services for new generations of working people based on two concepts: (i) shared, furnished residences in the heart of cities under the brand name The Colivers; (ii) hybrid urban residences offering turnkey medium-term housing solutions and shared workspaces under the brand name The Babel Community.
Our investment
After a successful first investment in March 2023, Après-demain led a new equity raise which will allow Axis to further expand in France. Axis, through its brand The Babel Community, develops a unique offer of hybrid residences mixing coliving and coworking with a broader ecosystem of services (restaurants, events and leisure). Led by its two founders Benoit Jobert and Matthieu Brugières, the group currently operates 4 residences (500 keys) and has secured new location projects throughout France that will bring its capacity to over 3’000 keys by 2027.
