Après-demain SA has successfully sold its stake in the Goya wind project.
This minority investment, concluded in 2018 alongside Mirova, RIVE Private Investment and RGREEN INVEST, enabled the construction of 7 wind farms with a total capacity of 194MW in Aragon (Spain), fully operational since 2020.
This is the first renewable energy project in Spain to have been built without subsidies and to have obtained a power purchase agreement from a company.
Jean-Philippe Carvaillo, Associate Director Private Equity Direct, states :
We have accompanied with great enthusiasm the construction and development of this project alongside Mirova, RIVE Private Investment and RGREEN INVEST, in line with our impact objectives. The proceeds from this sale will allow us to continue our investments in the development of renewable energies.
